Yes, at times I draw a blank page. My favorite worship song is probably still Amazing Grace.

There are all sorts of worship songs that lift my spirit! Some of them are oldies like the Imperials song that is playing on my blog today. Some of them are brand new – Chris Tomlin, Casting Crowns, Hillsong United.

Right now, "You Never Let Go!" is keeping me lifted up.

I struggle with words, definitely. What a beautiful song! I Stand All Amazed puts my feelings into words beautifully. It's one of my favorites.

    Great post!

I just found this song and I can't get enough of it….

    Hold Me by Jamie Grace

Cute, bubbly and makes me want to dance.

I struggle with words all the time, especially when it comes to Jesus. There simply aren't enough words to describe what I feel.
    Thanks for this!
Some of my favorite praise songs are You are Holy (Isaiah 6) and We Cry Out done by Kari Jobe.

I agree. Sometimes, there simply are no words. I love Jesus Culture. I can worship intimately through all of their music.

I can't think of one favorite. I also love Ashmont Hill. I listened to them this morning. 🙂

This was a really nice song Katie. Sometimes words just don't come. In those moments I listen to my fun relaxing artists, A Fine Frenzy and they take my worries away. Tomorrow can always be better.

Love that song, Katie. I always know I'm in a major God-moment when all I can say is "Wow" over and over again. That's worship just as much as writing a song or a poem or a book.

I think this is in part why I became a writer. I fumble verbally sometimes and don't communicate in the way I hope.

Thinking of Psalm 139 and how intimately our Lord knows us! Praise God (and He loves us still)!

Love How Great Thou Art & He Danced in the Morning (might be called something else, but it's often sung at Easter).

Beautiful! Sometimes even if we cannot find words to say out loud how we feel, He knows our heart…that is most important! Thanks for sharing this song 🙂

Katie, I just heard a song that was new to me, and I loved it. I'll have to tell you later what it was, b/c I've forgotten. I'm such a tease.
