It's not a fairytale but I'd opt for Shrek, if only he were female. I'm such a private person; I'd like it if people could see past my exterior and know I have a loving heart.

This is tough. I'm actually leaning towards Jack and the Beanstalk. I'd love to walk on clouds.

Elana – for sure you can pick a comic! Which character would you be from X-Man?
Beth – you had me rolling with the yikes comment. Yeah, living in a pea would not be fun. A wee bit cramped, actually.
Thanks for sharing everybody! I've seriously loved reading your responses this week.
Here's my answer: Although, like Wendy, I'd love to see bears talk (ha!), I'm going to have to go with Peter Pan. Flying, a magical world where you never grow old, a ticking aligator…talk about fun!

Yeah, that was supposed to be "and" the Pea…yikes.

I'd be the Princess in the Pea, because I'd love just once to have permission to be that much of a diva! ;P

Wow, this is much harder than I thought. I've been thinking and thinking and I'm still not sure.
Can I choose a comic? Like, oh say, X-men?

Cinderella, in a heartbeat! And my prince charming would be Daniel Craig. 🙂

I could do Cinderella. A little hard work, some verbal abuse, but in the end the happily ever after. Plus in the cartoon Gus is too cute. I noticed you didn't post yours. What would it be?

Wow, so many good ones to choose from. Is there one where the princess goes on to be a best-selling author? Hmm…How about St. George slays the dragon? I've always loved the artists paintings of that scene.

Fairytale…Hmmm…
That would be hands Rapunzel. I loved her hair! The rescue was the romantic conclusion that stole my heart.

Yeah, I'd have to go with Beauty and the Beast. People already say that I'm always looking for the good in people, even when it's not there (so they think).

I'd choose the Beauty and the Beast simply for the library… as long as the snow melted and the sun came out!

Probably something with a castle and a prince maybe….or something like Beauty and the Beast. (But I wouldn't have to stay there, would I?)

The mouse helping the lion. I'd love to be the underdog who shows they are valuable to all those naysayers.
