Twitter Chat

It’s a Twitter Chat!

Twitter ChatYou’ve never participated in a Twitter book conversation? Don’t worry. We plan to make it easy for you to participate in this one! If you’ve read or are currently reading my book Wishing on Willows and you have an account on Twitter, you already have step one complete. (Take a quick moment to do a celebratory jig if you like!)

What’s next? During the week of April 21st-28th, all you have to do compose a 129 character tweet and send it out into the Twittersphere. The tweet should be either a teensy tiny review (what did you think of the book?) OR a line from the book that inspired you, stuck out to you, and/or made an impact in some way. Put the hashtag #WillowTalk at the end of your tweet to get to the 140 character limit and hit “send”.

Once you’ve done all of that, the rest of the work is up to my publisher! Amy, my marketing contact, will be choosing 25 winners to receive a package of three books (some of which haven’t released yet) AND a $5 Starbucks gift card. If you have won, you can expect a tweet from Amy (@aimsterC) to notify you and get your mailing address.

I will be joining the party by tweeting fun-facts and questions about the book, also using the #WillowTalk hashtag. You don’t have to respond to win prizes, but you are more than welcome to!

Oh, you HAVE participated in a Twitter book conversation? So glad to have you on board. All of these newbies will need your leadership by example, after all. 🙂

Thanks for being a part of this fun adventure!
